Ethos Applies to Extend Warrants

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - May 23, 2019) - Ethos Gold Corp. (TSXV: ECC) (OTCQB: ETHOF) ("Ethos" or the "Company") announces that the Company has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") to exend the term of 3,876,470 common share purchase warrants currently set to expire on November 12, 2019 (the "Warrants") to May 12, 2021. The Warrants were originally issued pursuant to a private placement of units completed by the Company on May 12, 2016. The exercise price of the Warrants will remain at $0.30.
